Espaguetis con Gambas y Champiñones al Ajillo 🍤🍄🧄

Un plato rápido, delicioso y lleno de sabor que combina la frescura de las gambas, el aroma del ajo y la textura suave de los champiñones. Perfecto para una cena ligera o un almuerzo especial.


INGREDIENTES:

  • 🍤 300 g de gambas peladas
  • 🍄 6 champiñones (en láminas o cuartos)
  • 🧄 5 dientes de ajo (en láminas)
  • 🌿 Perejil fresco picado al gusto
  • 🍝 210 g de espaguetis (70 g por persona)
  • 🌶️ 2 guindillas cayenas (ajusta según tu tolerancia al picante)
  • 🫒 4-5 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • ✨ 1 cucharadita de pimentón (dulce o picante, según preferencia)
  • 🧂 Sal al gusto

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Saltear los champiñones:

Calienta una sartén grande a fuego alto sin agregar aceite. Añade los champiñones y saltéalos durante unos minutos hasta que estén dorados y hayan soltado su humedad. Retíralos de la sartén y resérvalos.

2. Freír los ajos:

En la misma sartén, añade 4-5 cucharadas de aceite de oliva y caliéntalo a fuego medio. Agrega los ajos en láminas y fríelos hasta que empiecen a dorarse ligeramente. Ten cuidado de no quemarlos para evitar un sabor amargo.

3. Cocinar las gambas:

Añade las gambas peladas a la sartén junto con el perejil fresco picado y las guindillas cayenas. Sofríe durante 2-3 minutos, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que las gambas estén cocidas y rosadas.

4. Añadir el pimentón:

Justo antes de apagar el fuego, espolvorea la cucharadita de pimentón sobre la mezcla y remueve rápidamente para integrarlo. Cocina solo unos segundos para evitar que el pimentón se queme.

5. Cocer los espaguetis:

Mientras tanto, cocina los espaguetis en abundante agua con sal hasta que estén al dente. Escúrrelos y, sin refrescarlos con agua fría, añádelos directamente a la sartén con las gambas, los champiñones y el ajo.

6. Mezclar y servir:

Mezcla bien los espaguetis con todos los ingredientes de la sartén, asegurándote de que la pasta esté bien impregnada con los sabores del ajo, el pimentón y las gambas. Ajusta la sal si es necesario.
