🍍🍌 BATIDO DE PIÑA Y BANANA 🍌🍍

Un batido refrescante, cremoso y lleno de sabor tropical que es perfecto para cualquier momento del día. Ideal para desayunos energéticos, meriendas saludables o simplemente para refrescarte en un día caluroso.


INGREDIENTES:

  • 🍍 1 taza de piña fresca, cortada en trozos
  • 🍌 1 banana madura, pelada y cortada en trozos
  • 🥛 1/2 taza de yogur natural o de vainilla
  • 🥛 1/2 taza de leche (puede ser leche de vaca, almendra, coco, avena, etc.)
  • 🍯 1 cucharada de miel o azúcar (opcional, dependiendo del dulzor deseado)
  • ❄️ Cubitos de hielo al gusto

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Preparar los ingredientes:

Corta la piña en trozos pequeños y pela la banana, también córtala en trozos. Si prefieres un batido más frío, puedes congelar la piña y la banana previamente.

2. Licuar:

En una licuadora, coloca la piña, la banana, el yogur, la leche y la miel o azúcar si decides usarla. Añade unos cubitos de hielo al gusto para obtener una textura más fresca y espesa.

3. Mezclar hasta suavidad:

Licúa todos los ingredientes a alta velocidad hasta obtener una mezcla suave, homogénea y cremosa. Si prefieres un batido más espeso, puedes añadir más fruta congelada o hielo.

4. Servir:

Vierte el batido en vasos altos y sirve de inmediato para disfrutarlo fresco.
