🦞 BISQUE DE MARISCOS CON CANGREJO, CAMARONES Y LANGOSTA 🍤✨

INGREDIENTES:

  • 🦀 200 g de carne de cangrejo (desmenuzada)
  • 🍤 200 g de camarones pelados
  • 🦞 200 g de cola de langosta (picada en trozos pequeños)
  • 🥛 1 taza de crema de leche
  • 🍲 4 tazas de caldo de mariscos
  • 🍷 1/2 taza de vino blanco seco
  • 🧅 1 cebolla picada
  • 🧄 2 dientes de ajo, picados
  • 🧈 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 🧂 Sal y pimienta al gusto

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Sofreír aromáticos:

  1. En una olla grande, derrite la mantequilla a fuego medio.
  2. Añade la cebolla picada y cocina hasta que esté translúcida, aproximadamente 3-4 minutos.
  3. Agrega el ajo picado y cocina por 1 minuto más, revolviendo constantemente para evitar que se queme.

2. Reducir el vino:

  1. Vierte el vino blanco en la olla y deja reducir durante 3-4 minutos, hasta que el alcohol se evapore y el líquido se concentre.

3. Cocinar los mariscos:

  1. Añade el caldo de mariscos, la crema de leche, la carne de cangrejo, los camarones y la langosta. Mezcla bien para integrar todos los ingredientes.
  2. Cocina a fuego lento durante 20 minutos, removiendo ocasionalmente para evitar que se pegue. Los camarones estarán listos cuando cambien de color y se vuelvan rosados.

4. Sazonar y servir:

  1. Prueba el bisque y ajusta la sal y la pimienta según tu gusto.
  2. Sirve caliente en platos hondos y decora con un poco de perejil fresco picado o una ramita de eneldo para un toque elegante.
