Ingredientes:

Instrucciones:
- Prepara las verduras: Comienza picando la cebolla, zanahorias, papas y calabacines. Pica también los dientes de ajo.
- Sofríe la cebolla y el ajo: En una olla grande, calienta un poco de aceite de girasol a fuego medio. Agrega la cebolla picada y el ajo picado. Sofríe durante unos 3-4 minutos hasta que la cebolla esté suave y el ajo desprenda su aroma.
- Añade las zanahorias y papas: Agrega las zanahorias y las papas cortadas en cubos. Remueve y cocina durante unos 5 minutos para que los sabores se mezclen bien.
- Añade los calabacines y el caldo: Ahora, agrega los calabacines a la olla y vierte el caldo de verduras o de pollo. Lleva la mezcla a ebullición, luego reduce el fuego y deja cocinar a fuego lento durante unos 20 minutos o hasta que las verduras estén tiernas.
- Tritura la sopa: Una vez que las verduras estén cocidas, usa una batidora de mano (o licuadora) para triturar la sopa hasta que quede suave. Si prefieres una textura más gruesa, puedes triturar solo la mitad de la sopa.
