Sopa Casera Saludable y Reconfortante: Receta de Mamá 🥣🌿

Esta sopa, llena de sabor y nutrientes, es un abrazo cálido en cada cucharada. Mi mamá solía prepararla con amor, y siempre será mi favorita. ¡Perfecta para cualquier día!


Ingredientes:

  • 1 cebolla, finamente picada
  • Aceite de oliva (cantidad suficiente para saltear)
  • 1 tallo de apio, cortado en cubitos
  • 1 zanahoria, rallada
  • 1 puerro, finamente picado

Instrucciones:

  1. Sofríe las verduras:
    • Calienta un poco de aceite de oliva en una olla grande.
    • Agrega la cebolla y sofríe a fuego medio hasta que esté transparente.
    • Añade el apio, la zanahoria y el puerro. Sofríe por 5-7 minutos, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que estén suaves y fragantes.
  2. Agrega el líquido:
    • Vierte suficiente agua o caldo (vegetal o de pollo, según tu preferencia) para cubrir las verduras.
    • Lleva a ebullición, luego reduce el fuego y cocina a fuego lento durante 20-25 minutos.
  3. Rectifica el sabor:
    • Sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto. Puedes añadir hierbas frescas como tomillo o perejil para un toque extra de aroma.
  4. Sirve y disfruta:
    • Sirve la sopa caliente en tazones y acompaña con pan integral o crutones si lo deseas.

  • Añade proteínas: Incorpora trozos de pollo cocido, garbanzos o lentejas si quieres hacerla más completa.
