Ingredientes:
- 400 ml de agua tibia
- 200 ml de leche tibia
- 10 g de azúcar
- 30 ml de aceite vegetal
- 2 cucharaditas de sal
- 1 paquete (10 g) de levadura seca
- 700 g de harina (aproximadamente, ajustar según necesidad)

Instrucciones:
- Activar la levadura:
En un tazón grande, mezcla el agua tibia, la leche tibia, y el azúcar. Añade la levadura seca y deja reposar por 5-10 minutos hasta que se forme una espuma. - Preparar la masa:
Agrega el aceite y la sal a la mezcla de levadura. Poco a poco, incorpora la harina, mezclando hasta que la masa comience a despegarse de los lados del tazón. - Amasar:
Transfiere la masa a una superficie ligeramente enharinada y amasa durante 8-10 minutos hasta que esté suave y elástica. Si la masa está pegajosa, añade un poco más de harina, pero con moderación. - Dejar reposar:
Coloca la masa en un tazón engrasado, cúbrelo con un paño limpio y deja reposar en un lugar cálido durante 1 hora o hasta que doble su tamaño. - Formar el pan:
Divide la masa en porciones según el tamaño de los panes que desees. Forma barras, bollos o utiliza moldes para pan. - Segundo levado:
Coloca los panes formados en una bandeja para hornear o moldes engrasados. Cúbrelos y deja reposar por 30-40 minutos hasta que vuelvan a crecer. - Hornear:
Precalienta el horno a 200 °C (400 °F). Hornea los panes durante 20-25 minutos o hasta que estén dorados por encima y suenen huecos al golpearlos suavemente. - Enfriar y disfrutar:
Retira del horno y deja enfriar sobre una rejilla antes de cortar. ¡Disfruta del aroma y sabor de tu pan casero recién horneado!
