Esta receta combina calabacín, patatas y otras verduras frescas para crear un plato crujiente por fuera, tierno por dentro, y lleno de sabor natural. Es versátil, saludable y perfecto como acompañamiento o comida ligera. ¡Nadie creerá lo fácil que es prepararlo!


Ingredientes

  • 3 calabacines pequeños, rallados
  • 2 patatas medianas, ralladas
  • 1 cebolla, finamente picada
  • 2 zanahorias, ralladas
  • Perejil fresco, picado
  • 2 huevos (opcional, para ligar la mezcla)
  • 4-5 cucharadas de harina o pan rallado (opcional, para mejorar la textura)
  • Sal y pimienta, al gusto
  • Aceite vegetal, para freír

Instrucciones

1. Prepara las Verduras

  • Lava y pela los calabacines, las patatas y las zanahorias.
  • Ralla los calabacines, las patatas y las zanahorias con un rallador. Coloca el calabacín rallado en un paño limpio o una gasa y exprime el exceso de agua. Este paso es esencial para lograr frituras crujientes.
  • Pica finamente la cebolla y agrégala a las verduras ralladas.

2. Mezcla los Ingredientes

  • En un bol grande, combina los calabacines, las patatas, las zanahorias y la cebolla. Añade el perejil picado y condimenta con sal y pimienta al gusto.
  • Si lo deseas, incorpora los huevos a la mezcla y revuelve bien. Agrega la harina o el pan rallado para ayudar a ligar la mezcla. Mezcla todo hasta que los ingredientes estén bien integrados.

3. Forma las Frituras

  • Toma un poco de la mezcla con las manos y forma una tortita o fritura. Repite el proceso hasta formar todas las frituras.

4. Cocina las Frituras
