Ingredientes:

  • 2 cabezas de coliflor
  • 1 cucharadita de sal kosher
  • 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva (o el aceite de tu preferencia)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo (opcional)
  • 1/4 cucharadita de pimentón dulce o ahumado (opcional)

Instrucciones:

1️⃣ Prepara la coliflor:

  • Lava las cabezas de coliflor y retira las hojas exteriores.
  • Corta la coliflor en filetes gruesos de aproximadamente 2 cm (1 pulgada) de grosor.

2️⃣ Condimenta:

  • Coloca los filetes en una bandeja para hornear forrada con papel pergamino.
  • Pincela ambos lados con aceite de oliva y espolvorea con sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, y pimentón si lo deseas.

3️⃣ Hornea:

  • Precalienta el horno a 200°C (400°F).
  • Hornea los filetes durante 20-25 minutos, volteándolos a la mitad del tiempo, hasta que estén dorados y crujientes en los bordes.
