- 200g (7 oz) shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

For the creamy spread:
- 200g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For decoration:
- 6-8 extra slices of ham (to make roses)
- Fresh parsley or herbs for garnish

Instructions:
- Prepare the spread:
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside. - Layer the cake:
