Tallarín Saltado de Pollo: Una delicia peruana 🇵🇪🍝

Un clásico de la cocina peruana, lleno de sabores intensos y texturas irresistibles. ¡Prepáralo en casa y sorprende a todos con este platillo único! 😋✨


Ingredientes:

  • 200 gramos de espagueti
  • 1 pechuga de pollo, cortada en cubos
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
  • 1/4 de cebolla roja, cortada en gajos
  • 1/2 ají amarillo, en tiras
  • 3 cucharadas de salsa de soya (sillao)
  • 2 cucharadas de salsa de ostión
  • 1 cucharada de vinagre blanco
  • 1 tomate, en gajos
  • Cebolla china, picada al gusto
  • Sal y pimienta, al gusto

Preparación:

  1. Cocina los espaguetis:
    En una olla con 2 litros de agua hirviendo, agrega 2 cucharadas de sal y los espaguetis. Remueve bien para evitar que se peguen. Cocina según las indicaciones del paquete. Escurre y reserva.
  2. Dora el pollo:
    En una sartén precalentada a fuego alto, agrega un chorro de aceite. Añade los cubos de pollo y sazona con sal y pimienta. Cocina hasta que estén dorados por ambos lados. Retira y reserva.
  3. Saltea los vegetales:
    En la misma sartén, agrega las 2 cucharadas de aceite restantes. Añade la cebolla roja y el ají amarillo, y saltea a fuego alto durante 2 minutos. Retira y reserva.
  4. Prepara la salsa:
    En la sartén, vierte 1/4 de taza de caldo de pollo o agua. Añade la salsa de soya, la salsa de ostión y el vinagre blanco. Mezcla bien y cocina hasta que espese ligeramente.
  5. Integra todo:
    Reincorpora el pollo y los vegetales a la sartén con la salsa. Añade la pasta cocida y mezcla bien hasta que absorba los sabores. Agrega la cebolla china picada y los gajos de tomate. Cocina por 2 minutos más.
  6. Sirve y disfruta:
    Coloca el tallarín saltado en un plato hondo y sírvelo caliente. ¡Acompaña con una bebida refrescante para disfrutar al máximo este manjar!
