Ensalada de Verduras con Remolachas, Zanahorias y Nueces

Ingredientes:

  • 3 remolachas
  • 2 zanahorias
  • 1 cebolla roja
  • Aceite de oliva
  • 1 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de perejil seco
  • Un puñado de nueces
  • Sal al gusto
  • Pimienta negra al gusto
  • Un poco de agua

Instrucciones:

  1. Lava y Pica las Verduras:
    • Lava y corta las remolachas y las zanahorias en trozos pequeños.
    • Corta la cebolla roja en rodajas finas.
  2. Calienta el Aceite de Oliva:
    • Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén a fuego medio.
  3. Añade las Verduras:
    • Añade las verduras picadas (remolachas, zanahorias y cebolla) a la sartén.
  4. Espolvorea las Especias:
    • Espolvorea el jengibre en polvo, el ajo en polvo y el perejil seco sobre las verduras.
  5. Añade las Nueces y Condimentos:
    • Añade las nueces, la sal, la pimienta negra y un poco de agua.
  6. Cocina a Fuego Bajo:
    • Cocina a fuego bajo durante 15 minutos, removiendo ocasionalmente.
  7. Sirve:
    • Sirve la ensalada caliente o fría, según tu preferencia.
