Ingredientes de la Ensalada:
- Lechuga romana, cortada (3)
- Garbanzos
- Tomates, en rodajas
- Pepinos, en rodajas
- Queso feta
- Cebolla morada, en rodajas
- Aceitunas Kalamata
- Pimientos banana
- Perejil fresco picado
Proteína Opcional:
- Pollo a la parrilla
- Salmón a la parrilla
Aderezo Griego Casero:
- 1/2 taza de aceite de oliva extra virgen
- 2 cucharadas de vinagre rojo
- 1/4 taza de jugo de limón fresco
- 1 cucharadita de mostaza Dijon
- 1 cucharadita de orégano seco
- 1 cucharadita de sal
- 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra

Instrucciones:
- Preparar la Ensalada:
- En un tazón grande, mezcla la lechuga romana, los garbanzos, los tomates, los pepinos, el queso feta, la cebolla morada, las aceitunas Kalamata, los pimientos banana y el perejil fresco.
- Hacer el Aderezo:
- En un frasco pequeño de vidrio, añade el aceite de oliva extra virgen, el vinagre rojo, el jugo de limón fresco, la mostaza Dijon, el orégano seco, la sal y la pimienta negra.
- Cierra bien la tapa del frasco y agita vigorosamente hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien mezclados.
- Combinar y Servir:
- Vierte el aderezo sobre la ensalada justo antes de servir. Puedes añadir tanto o tan poco aderezo como prefieras.
- Mezcla bien para que todos los ingredientes estén cubiertos uniformemente con el aderezo.
- Si deseas, puedes agregar pollo o salmón a la parrilla en lugar de los garbanzos para variar la proteína.
- Disfruta la ensalada con pan pita tostado.
