- Mandarinas

- Caqui
- Pomelo
- Manzana
- Plátano
- 8 g de agar-agar + 50 ml de agua
- 350 ml de leche
- 200 g de leche condensada
- 200 g de crema agria o yogur

Instrucciones:
- Preparar la Fruta:
- Pela y corta las mandarinas, los kiwis, el caqui, el pomelo, la manzana y el plátano en trozos pequeños.
- Coloca la fruta cortada en un molde o en recipientes individuales.
- Preparar el Agar-Agar:
- En una cacerola pequeña, disuelve el agar-agar en 50 ml de agua.
- Calienta la mezcla a fuego medio, removiendo constantemente, hasta que el agar-agar esté completamente disuelto (aproximadamente 2-3 minutos).
- Mezclar con la Leche:
- En otra cacerola, calienta los 350 ml de leche a fuego medio.
- Añade la mezcla de agar-agar disuelto a la leche caliente, removiendo bien para combinar.
- Añadir la Leche Condensada y la Crema Agria:
- Añade los 200 g de leche condensada y los 200 g de crema agria o yogur a la mezcla de leche y agar-agar.
- Mezcla bien hasta que todos los ingredientes estén completamente integrados.
- Verter sobre la Fruta:
- Vierte la mezcla de leche y agar-agar sobre la fruta cortada en el molde o los recipientes.
- Deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente durante unos minutos y luego refrigera durante al menos 2 horas para que el postre cuaje.
- Servir:
- Una vez que el postre esté firme, sirve frío y disfruta de este delicioso y saludable postre.
