Batido de Zanahoria y Piña 🍍🥕

¡Este batido es una excelente manera de comenzar el día o disfrutar como un refrigerio saludable! Aquí tienes la receta completa:

Ingredientes:

  • 1/2 taza de zanahorias (peladas y picadas)
  • 1 plátano 🍌
  • 1/2 taza de jugo de naranja 🍊
  • 1/2 taza de trozos de piña 🍍
  • 1 cucharada de miel o el edulcorante que prefieras 🍯
  • 1 taza de leche de almendra 🥛
  • Cubos de hielo

Modo de Preparación:

  1. Preparar los Ingredientes:
    • Pela y corta las zanahorias en trozos pequeños para que sea más fácil licuarlas.

    • Si usas piña fresca, pélala y córtala en trozos. Si usas piña enlatada, drena el jugo.
