1️⃣ Cocinar la Quinoa:
- Enjuaga bien la quinoa bajo agua fría.
- En una cacerola, agrega la quinoa y 250ml de agua. Lleva a ebullición, luego reduce el fuego y cocina a fuego lento durante unos 15 minutos, o hasta que la quinoa esté cocida y el agua se haya absorbido.
2️⃣ Preparar la Masa de los Crepes:
- En una licuadora o procesador de alimentos, combina la quinoa cocida, la harina de avena, el aceite de oliva y una pizca de sal.
- Si es necesario, agrega un poco de agua para obtener una masa suave, similar a la de los pancakes.
3️⃣ Cocinar los Crepes:
- Calienta una sartén antiadherente o sartén a fuego medio y engrásala ligeramente con aceite de oliva.
- Vierte una pequeña cantidad de la masa en la sartén, moviéndola para cubrirla de manera uniforme.
