Lunes: Carne Asada con Pasta de Espinaca y Papas con Salsa de Queso

Ingredientes:

  • Filetes de carne de res (2 porciones)
  • Pasta de espinaca (o cualquier pasta verde) – 200g
  • Papas – 2, cocidas y en rodajas
  • Salsa de queso (cheddar o al gusto)
  • Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta

Instrucciones:

  1. Sazona los filetes de carne con sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva. Cocina a la parrilla o en sartén hasta el punto deseado.
  2. Cocina la pasta de espinaca según las instrucciones del paquete. Escurre y reserva.
  3. En una olla pequeña, calienta la salsa de queso y viértela sobre las papas cocidas.
  4. Sirve la carne, la pasta y las papas con salsa de queso. ¡Disfruta!

Martes: Carne de Res Salteada con Verduras y Arroz

Ingredientes:

  • Tiras de carne de res – 200g
  • Ejotes (judías verdes) – 100g, recortados
  • Cebolla morada – 1, en rodajas

  • Salsa de soya – 3 cucharadas
  • Arroz blanco cocido – 1 taza
