Lunes: Carne Asada con Pasta de Espinaca y Papas con Salsa de Queso
Ingredientes:
- Filetes de carne de res (2 porciones)
- Pasta de espinaca (o cualquier pasta verde) – 200g
- Papas – 2, cocidas y en rodajas
- Salsa de queso (cheddar o al gusto)
- Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta
Instrucciones:
- Sazona los filetes de carne con sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva. Cocina a la parrilla o en sartén hasta el punto deseado.
- Cocina la pasta de espinaca según las instrucciones del paquete. Escurre y reserva.
- En una olla pequeña, calienta la salsa de queso y viértela sobre las papas cocidas.
- Sirve la carne, la pasta y las papas con salsa de queso. ¡Disfruta!
Martes: Carne de Res Salteada con Verduras y Arroz
Ingredientes:
- Tiras de carne de res – 200g
- Ejotes (judÃas verdes) – 100g, recortados
- Cebolla morada – 1, en rodajas
- Pimientos rojos – 1, en tiras
- Ajo – 2 dientes, picados
- Salsa de soya – 3 cucharadas
- Arroz blanco cocido – 1 taza
- Aceite de oliva
Instrucciones:
- Calienta aceite en una sartén y saltea las tiras de carne hasta que estén doradas. Retira y reserva.
- Agrega el ajo, la cebolla, los ejotes y los pimientos a la sartén. Saltea durante 5 minutos.
- Vuelve a poner la carne en la sartén, agrega la salsa de soya y mezcla bien.
- Sirve con arroz cocido.
Miércoles: Pollo a la Parrilla con Arroz, Ensalada y Papas
Ingredientes:
- Pechuga o muslo de pollo – 2 porciones
- Arroz blanco cocido – 1 taza
- Papas baby – 200g, cocidas y cortadas por la mitad
