🍄 Crema de Champiñones Deliciosa

Ingredientes:

  • 🥄 2 cucharadas de aceite
  • 🧅 1 cebolla mediana (80 g), picada finamente
  • 🍄 500 g de champiñones, en rebanadas finas
  • 🥄 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo
  • 🌿 1 cucharadita de hierbas provenzales (o ½ cucharadita de tomillo)
  • 🌿 ½ cucharadita de orégano
  • 🍵 3 tazas de caldo de vegetales (o el caldo de tu preferencia)
  • 🍷 1/3 de taza de vino blanco
  • 🥛 ¾ de taza de crema de leche (180 g)
  • 🧂 Sal y pimienta al gusto

Para servir:

  • 🌿 Perejil fresco
  • 🍞 Tostadas de pan

Instrucciones:

  1. Preparar los ingredientes: Pela y pica finamente la cebolla. Limpia y rebana los champiñones en lonjas finas.
  2. Sofreír:
    • Calienta el aceite en una sartén a fuego medio-alto.
    • Agrega la cebolla picada y sofríe hasta que esté dorada.
  3. Cocinar los champiñones:
    • Añade los champiñones a la sartén y cocina hasta que suelten sus jugos.
  4. Añadir harina:
    • Tamiza la harina sobre los champiñones y mezcla hasta que se forme una textura pegajosa.
  5. Incorporar líquidos y especias:
    • Agrega el caldo, el vino blanco, las hierbas provenzales (o tomillo y orégano) y una pizca de sal.
    • Revuelve suavemente hasta que la harina se disuelva y la mezcla comience a espesar.
  6. Agregar crema de leche:
    • Cuando la sopa esté espesa, apaga el fuego y agrega la crema de leche.
    • Mezcla con un batidor de mano hasta que esté bien incorporada.
  7. Evitar hervir: Es importante que la sopa no hierva después de agregar la crema para evitar que se coagule.
  8. Ajustar sabores: Prueba y ajusta la sal y pimienta al gusto.
  9. Servir:
    • Decora con perejil fresco picado.
    • Acompaña con tostadas de pan crujientes.
