Instrucciones:
- Precalentar el horno:
Calienta el horno a 450°F (230°C). Si tienes una piedra para pizza, colócala en el horno mientras se precalienta para obtener una base más crujiente. - Preparar las espinacas:
En una sartén, calienta 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva a fuego medio. Añade el ajo picado y sofríelo durante 1-2 minutos hasta que suelte su aroma.
Agrega las espinacas y cocina hasta que se marchiten (unos 3-4 minutos). Escúrrelas bien para eliminar el exceso de líquido. - Montar la pizza:
Coloca la base de pizza sobre una bandeja o la piedra caliente. Extiende la salsa de tomate de manera uniforme por toda la base.
Añade las espinacas salteadas como capa principal. Luego, coloca pequeñas porciones de queso ricotta sobre las espinacas.
Espolvorea el queso mozzarella y el queso parmesano rallados por encima. - Toque final antes de hornear:
Rocía con la cucharada restante de aceite de oliva. Espolvorea orégano seco, sal y pimienta al gusto. - Hornear:
Coloca la pizza en el horno precalentado y cocina durante 10-12 minutos, o hasta que los quesos estén dorados y burbujeantes, y la base esté crujiente. - Servir:
