- 4 tomates verdes grandes, cortados en rodajas gruesas
- 1 taza de harina de trigo

Instrucciones:
- Preparar los Tomates:

- Preparar la Mezcla Líquida:
- En otro tazón, mezcla la leche y el huevo batido.
- Empanar los Tomates:
- Seca las rodajas de tomate con una toalla de papel.
- Sumerge cada rodaja primero en la mezcla de harina, luego en la mezcla líquida de huevo y leche, y finalmente vuelve a pasarla por la mezcla de harina. Asegúrate de que cada rodaja esté bien cubierta.
- Freír los Tomates:
- En una sartén grande, calienta suficiente aceite a fuego medio-alto hasta que esté caliente pero no humeante.
- Fríe las rodajas de tomate en el aceite caliente, en tandas si es necesario, hasta que estén doradas y crujientes por ambos lados (aproximadamente 3-4 minutos por cada lado).
- Escurrir y Servir:
- Retira los tomates fritos de la sartén y colócalos en un plato cubierto con toallas de papel para escurrir el exceso de aceite.
- Sírvelos calientes y disfruta. Puedes acompañarlos con una salsa de tu elección, como alioli de ajo, salsa ranch o incluso un toque de limón.
