Salteado de Pollo con Verduras 😊

Ingredientes:

  • 1 pimiento rojo, en tiras
  • 1 pimiento verde, en tiras
  • 1 zanahoria, en rodajas finas
  • 2 pechugas de pollo, cortadas en tiras
  • 1 taza de brócoli, en floretes pequeños
  • 1 cebolla, en rodajas
  • 2 dientes de ajo, picados
  • 1 taza de champiñones, en rodajas
  • 3 cucharadas de salsa de soya
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal (puede ser aceite de oliva, girasol o el que prefieras)
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Opcional: 1 cucharadita de jengibre fresco rallado, salsa de ostras o una pizca de azúcar para dar más sabor

Preparación:

  1. Lava y Prepara los Ingredientes:
    • Lava y corta todas las verduras y el pollo según las indicaciones. Ten todos los ingredientes listos y a la mano, ya que el proceso de salteado es rápido.
  2. Cocina el Pollo:
    • En una sartén grande o wok, calienta 1 cucharada de aceite a fuego medio-alto.
    • Añade las tiras de pollo y cocina durante 5-7 minutos, hasta que estén doradas y bien cocidas.
    • Retira el pollo de la sartén y resérvalo en un plato.
  3. Saltea las Verduras:
    • En la misma sartén, añade la otra cucharada de aceite.
    • Agrega el ajo picado y, si lo usas, el jengibre rallado. Cocina por unos 30 segundos hasta que estén fragantes.
    • Añade la cebolla y los pimientos. Saltea durante unos 2-3 minutos.
    • Añade la zanahoria y el brócoli. Cocina por otros 3-4 minutos, revolviendo constantemente.
    • Agrega los champiñones. Cocina por 2-3 minutos más, hasta que todas las verduras estén tiernas pero crujientes.
  4. Mezcla el Pollo y las Verduras:
    • Regresa el pollo cocido a la sartén con las verduras.
    • Vierte la salsa de soya (y la salsa de ostras si la estás usando). Mezcla bien todos los ingredientes para que se impregnen de los sabores.
  5. Cocina y Ajusta Sabor:
    • Cocina todo junto por 2-3 minutos más, para que los sabores se mezclen y el pollo se caliente de nuevo.
    • Prueba y ajusta la sazón con sal y pimienta al gusto. Si quieres un toque dulce, puedes añadir una pizca de azúcar.
  6. Servir:
    • Sirve el salteado de pollo con verduras caliente, solo o acompañado de arroz o fideos.
