Ingredientes:
- 1 taza de lentejas cocidas
- 2 tazas de espinacas frescas
- 1/2 cebolla picada
- 1 diente de ajo picado
- 1/2 taza de pan rallado
- 1/4 taza de avena

Instrucciones:
- Preparar las Espinacas:

Añade las espinacas salteadas, el pan rallado, la avena, el huevo (si lo usas), la sal, la pimienta y el comino. Mezcla bien hasta que todo esté bien integrado.
- Formar las Hamburguesas:
- Divide la mezcla en porciones y da forma a las hamburguesas con las manos. Si la mezcla está muy pegajosa, puedes añadir más pan rallado o avena para que sea más manejable.
- Cocinar las Hamburguesas:
- Calienta una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva a fuego medio. Cocina las hamburguesas durante unos 4-5 minutos por cada lado, o hasta que estén doradas y crujientes.
- Servir:
- Sirve las hamburguesas en pan integral con tus ingredientes favoritos como lechuga, tomate, aguacate y salsa. También puedes acompañarlas con una ensalada o verduras al gusto.
