Pizza Casera en Sartén 😋

Ingredientes:

Para la Masa:

  • 1 taza de harina de trigo
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 1/2 cucharadita de azúcar
  • 1/2 taza de agua tibia
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 1/2 cucharadita de levadura instantánea (o polvo de hornear si no tienes levadura)

Para el Relleno:

  • Salsa de tomate al gusto
  • 150 g de queso mozzarella rallado o en rodajas
  • 100 g de salchicha calabresa en rodajas finas
  • 1/2 cebolla en rodajas finas
  • Orégano seco al gusto

Preparación:

  1. Preparar la Masa:
    • En un tazón, mezcla la harina, la sal, el azúcar y la levadura.
    • Añade el agua tibia poco a poco y mezcla hasta formar una masa.
    • Agrega el aceite de oliva y amasa durante 5-7 minutos, hasta que la masa esté suave y elástica.
    • Cubre la masa con un paño limpio y deja reposar durante unos 30 minutos (si usaste levadura, si es polvo de hornear, puedes omitir este paso).
  2. Estirar la Masa:
    • Una vez que la masa haya reposado, estírala con un rodillo o con las manos hasta que tenga el tamaño de tu sartén.
  3. Cocinar la Base:
    • Calienta una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio y añade un poco de aceite de oliva para evitar que la masa se pegue.
    • Coloca la masa en la sartén caliente y cocina durante 3-4 minutos a fuego medio, hasta que la base esté dorada.
  4. Dar la Vuelta a la Masa:
    • Voltea la masa con cuidado y baja un poco el fuego.
  5. Añadir la Salsa y los Ingredientes:
    • Extiende salsa de tomate sobre la superficie cocida de la masa.
    • Añade el queso mozzarella de manera uniforme, luego coloca las rodajas de salchicha calabresa y las rodajas de cebolla.
    • Espolvorea un poco de orégano por encima.
  6. Derretir el Queso y Cocinar los Ingredientes:
    • Cubre la sartén para que el queso se derrita y los ingredientes se cocinen bien, aproximadamente 5-7 minutos más, a fuego bajo.
  7. Servir:
    • Una vez que el queso esté bien derretido y la masa completamente cocida, retira la pizza del fuego.
    • Corta en porciones y sirve caliente.
