Ingredientes:

  • 2 libras de costillas de cerdo
  • 4 tomates
  • 3 tomates
  • 3 dientes de ajo
  • 1/2 cebolla
  • 5 chiles morita
  • 1 chile ancho

  • 2 clavos de olor
  • 1 cucharadita de semillas de cilantro

Instrucciones:

  1. Asar los Ingredientes:

    • Añade la salsa preparada a la olla con las costillas y cocina a fuego bajo durante 30 minutos, permitiendo que las costillas absorban todo el sabor de la salsa.
