Ingredientes:
- 3 huevos
- 525 ml de leche
- 150 g de azúcar
- 15 g de levadura seca
- 75 ml de aceite
- 1 cucharadita de ralladura de naranja
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
- 750 g de harina
- 1 cucharada de sal
- 100 g de pasas rubias
- 80 g de pasas negras
- 100 g de fruta confitada roja
- 80 g de fruta confitada verde
- 1 yema de huevo (para barnizar)

Instrucciones:
- Preparar la Mezcla Inicial:
- En un tazón grande, mezcla los huevos, la leche, el azúcar, la levadura, el aceite, la ralladura de naranja y la esencia de vainilla hasta que todo esté bien combinado.
- Añadir la Harina:
- Añade la harina en dos partes. Primero, añade la mitad de la harina y mezcla bien.
- Luego, añade la segunda parte junto con una cucharada de sal y mezcla durante 5 minutos hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
- Incorporar las Frutas:
- Añade las pasas rubias, las pasas negras y la fruta confitada, y mezcla ligeramente hasta que estén distribuidas de manera uniforme.
- Dividir la Masa:
- Con dos cucharas engrasadas con aceite, toma porciones de la masa y colócalas en tres moldes enharinados (tamaño No. 18). Puedes añadir más fruta confitada en la parte superior si lo deseas.
- Dejar Reposar:
- Deja reposar los moldes durante 25 minutos o hasta que la masa doble su tamaño.
- Barnizar y Hornear:
- Pincela la superficie de la masa con la yema de huevo para darle un brillo dorado durante el horneado.
- Hornea a 180°C durante unos 35 minutos o hasta que el pan esté dorado y bien cocido.
- Enfriar y Servir:
- Deja enfriar mientras el pan aún esté tibio.
