- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva

Instrucciones:
- Precalentar el Horno:
- Precalienta tu horno a 200°C (400°F) y forra una bandeja para hornear con papel pergamino.
- Preparar el Relleno:
- En una sartén grande, calienta el aceite de oliva a fuego medio.
- Añade las espinacas picadas y cocina hasta que se marchiten, aproximadamente 2-3 minutos.
- Retira del fuego y deja enfriar ligeramente.
- En un tazón mediano, combina las espinacas cocidas, el queso ricotta, el queso parmesano, el ajo en polvo, la sal y la pimienta. Mezcla bien.
- Armar los Pastries:
- Extiende las hojas de hojaldre en una superficie ligeramente enharinada.
- Corta cada hoja en 4 cuadrados (deberías tener 8 cuadrados en total).
- Rellenar y Enrollar:
- Coloca una cucharada de la mezcla de espinacas y queso en el centro de cada cuadrado de hojaldre.
- Dobla cada cuadrado en forma de triángulo, sellando los bordes con un tenedor para evitar que el relleno se escape.
- Aplicar el Lavado de Huevo:
- Cepilla la parte superior de cada triángulo con el huevo batido.
- Hornear:
- Coloca los triángulos en la bandeja para hornear preparada.
- Hornea en el horno precalentado durante 20-25 minutos, o hasta que estén dorados y crujientes.
- Servir:
