Ingredientes:
- 1.5 kg de costillas de cordero (al horno)
- 4 papas medianas
- Orégano y aceite de oliva
- Vinagre
- 3 dientes de ajo
- 2 cubos de caldo de pollo o polvo sazonador
- 1/2 cebolla
- 1 pimiento verde
- Sal y pimienta
- Salsa BBQ

Instrucciones:
- Lavar las Costillas:
- Lava las costillas de cordero con vinagre o limón.
- Enjuaga con agua para quitar el exceso de vinagre.
- Coloca las costillas en una superficie plana.
- Preparar el Ajo:
- Machaca los dientes de ajo y úntalos bien por todas las costillas.

- Unta las costillas con orégano, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta.
- Coloca las costillas sobre las verduras en la bandeja para hornear.
- Agregar Caldo y Hornear:
- Disuelve los cubos de caldo de pollo en agua y vierte sobre las costillas y verduras.
- Hornea durante 1 hora, volteando las costillas a la mitad del tiempo para asegurar una cocción uniforme.
- En los últimos 15 minutos, unta las costillas con salsa BBQ para un toque final delicioso.
- Servir:
- Sirve las costillas de cordero calientes con las papas y verduras asadas.
