Esta receta de pollo con vegetales en olla de cocción lenta es perfecta para disfrutar de una comida saludable sin mucho esfuerzo.
Ingredientes:
- 4 muslos o pechugas de pollo
- 2 zanahorias, peladas y cortadas en rodajas
- 2 papas medianas, en cubos
- 1 cebolla, cortada en rodajas
- 1 taza de brócoli (opcional)
- 3 dientes de ajo, picados
- 1 taza de caldo de pollo
- 2 cucharadas de jugo de limón
- 1 cucharadita de tomillo o romero seco
- 1 cucharadita de pimentón
- Sal y pimienta al gusto

Instrucciones:
- Preparar los Vegetales:
- Coloca las zanahorias, las papas y la cebolla en la base de la olla de cocción lenta.
- Sazonar el Pollo:
- Sazona las piezas de pollo con sal, pimienta, pimentón y tomillo o romero.
- Coloca el pollo sobre los vegetales en la olla.
- Añadir Líquidos y Sabores:
- Vierte el caldo de pollo y el jugo de limón sobre el pollo y los vegetales.
- Añade el ajo picado y ajusta con más sal y pimienta si es necesario.
- Cocción:
- Cubre la olla y cocina a baja temperatura durante 6-7 horas, o a alta temperatura durante 3-4 horas, hasta que el pollo esté bien cocido y los vegetales estén tiernos.
- Si usas brócoli, agrégalo durante la última hora de cocción para que no se deshaga.
- Servir:
- Sirve caliente directamente de la olla, con pan o arroz si lo deseas.
