Ingredientes:
- 500 g de Costillas de cordero, cortadas en trozos
- 1 mazorca de maíz, cortada en segmentos
- 6-8 champiñones shiitake secos, rehidratados
- 2-3 tomates, en cuartos
- 2 rebanadas de jengibre
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- Cebollas verdes para decorar

Instrucciones:
- Blanquear las Costillas:
- En una olla con agua hirviendo, añade las Costillas de cordero y las rebanadas de jengibre. Hierve durante 3-5 minutos, luego escurre y enjuaga las costillas para eliminar las impurezas.
- Sofreír los Aromáticos:
