ÂĄEstas deliciosas galletas son perfectas para disfrutar en cualquier ocasiĂłn!

Ingredientes:

  • 1 kg de harina
  • 1/4 kg de manteca vegetal
  • 1/4 kg de manteca de cerdo
  • 1/2 lata de leche condensada
  • 1/4 cucharadita de sal
  • 1/4 taza de azĂșcar
  • AzĂșcar y canela para espolvorear

Procedimiento:

  1. Batir la Manteca y el AzĂșcar:
    • Bate la manteca con el azĂșcar hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa.
  2. Añadir Leche Condensada:
    • Añade la leche condensada y sigue batiendo hasta que estĂ© bien incorporada. Los ingredientes deben estar bien mezclados.
  3. Incorporar Harina y Sal:
    • Añade la sal y la harina. Con una espĂĄtula o cuchara, mezcla en movimientos envolventes, removiendo bien.
    • Añade nueces o almendras y mezcla bien, siempre intentando hacerlo con la espĂĄtula o cuchara para evitar tocar la masa con las manos.
  4. Amasar Suavemente:
    • Amasa ligeramente con las manos hasta que la masa estĂ© bien integrada.
  5. Extender la Masa:
    • Extiende la masa sobre una superficie previamente enharinada para evitar que se pegue, hasta que tenga un grosor de aproximadamente 2 cm.
  6. Cortar Figuras:
    • Corta las figuras que desees utilizando cortadores de galletas de tu preferencia.
  7. Hornear:
    • Hornea en una bandeja a 200°C durante 12-15 minutos o hasta que estĂ©n doradas.
  8. Espolvorear con AzĂșcar y Canela:
    • Al sacarlas del horno, espolvorea con la mezcla de azĂșcar y canela que preparaste previamente (1 taza de azĂșcar y 1-2 cucharadas de canela, segĂșn tu gusto).
    • Es mejor hacerlo cuando las galletas aĂșn estĂĄn calientes para que la mezcla se adhiera bien.

Opcional: Puedes añadir nueces picadas a la mezcla segĂșn tu preferencia.
