Masa de Pizza Estilo Domino’s 😋🍕

¡Prepara una pizza deliciosa al estilo de Domino’s con esta receta sencilla!

Ingredientes:

  • 500 g de harina de trigo (aproximadamente 4 tazas)
  • 300 ml de agua tibia (aproximadamente 1 1⁄4 tazas)
  • 1 cucharadita de azúcar
  • 2 cucharaditas de sal
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 7 g de levadura seca activa (1 sobre)
  • 2 cucharadas de leche en polvo (opcional, pero ayuda a mejorar la textura)

Preparación:

  1. Activar la Levadura:
    • En un tazón pequeño, mezcla el agua tibia con el azúcar y añade la levadura. Deja reposar durante unos 10 minutos hasta que veas que se forma espuma en la superficie.
  2. Combinar Ingredientes Secos:
    • En un tazón grande, combina la harina, la sal y la leche en polvo (si la usas).
  3. Formar la Masa:
    • Vierte la mezcla de levadura activada y el aceite de oliva en los ingredientes secos. Mezcla bien hasta formar una masa.
  4. Amasar la Masa:
    • Transfiere la masa a una superficie ligeramente enharinada y amasa durante unos 10 minutos. La masa debe volverse suave, elástica y ligeramente pegajosa.
  5. Dejar Reposar:
    • Coloca la masa en un recipiente ligeramente engrasado, cúbrela con un paño húmedo y deja reposar en un lugar cálido durante 1 a 2 horas, o hasta que duplique su tamaño.
  6. Dividir y Estirar:
    • Una vez que la masa haya subido, desgasifícala (presiona suavemente para liberar el aire) y divídela en las porciones necesarias (dependiendo de cuántas pizzas quieras hacer).
    • Extiende la masa con un rodillo o con las manos hasta obtener el grosor deseado. Si prefieres el estilo “pan pizza” de Domino’s, deja la masa un poco más gruesa.
  7. Precalentar el Horno:
    • Precalienta el horno a 220°C (425°F). Coloca la masa en una bandeja para pizza o piedra para hornear, añade tus ingredientes favoritos y hornea durante 12-15 minutos o hasta que la corteza esté dorada y crujiente.
