- 2 cucharadas de consomé de pollo en polvo
- 3 unidades de chile poblano (verde)

- Hervir el Espagueti:
- Lo primero es hervir el espagueti. Para ello, toma una olla con suficiente capacidad, llénala con agua y añade especias al gusto para sazonar la pasta. También añade una pizca de aceite y dos cucharadas medianas de consomé de pollo en polvo.
- Enfriar el Espagueti:
- Una vez hervido el espagueti, sácalo, escúrrelo y ponlo en agua fría. Mientras se escurre el agua de la pasta, asa los chiles poblanos en el comal o plancha.
- Preparar los Chiles Poblanos:
- Una vez asados, mete los chiles poblanos en una bolsa de plástico y ciérrala para que suden y puedas quitarles la piel más fácilmente. Déjalos dentro durante 5 minutos, luego quítales la piel, las semillas y las venas.
- Hacer la Salsa:
- Ahora que tenemos los chiles listos, es hora de hacer la salsa. Para ello, corta los chiles en cuadros, mételos en la licuadora o en un recipiente alto, incorpora el ajo, la crema de leche y un poco de consomé al gusto para salar la crema y bate todo.
- Cocinar el Espagueti con la Salsa:
- Una vez hecha la salsa, pon una sartén a calentar para cocinar el espagueti con la salsa. Hazlo a fuego medio y añade un poco de mantequilla. Cuando la mantequilla se derrita, vierte la salsa poblana para calentar y espesar. Luego, incorpora el espagueti y revuelve bien hasta que alcance el espesor deseado.
