Ingredientes:
- 4 pechugas de pollo sin piel y sin hueso
- 300 g de champiñones frescos, en rodajas
- 1 cebolla mediana, finamente picada
- 2 dientes de ajo, picados
- 1 taza de caldo de pollo
- 1/2 taza de crema para batir
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
- 1 cucharada de harina
- 1 cucharadita de tomillo fresco (o 1/2 cucharadita de seco)
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- Perejil fresco picado para decorar

Instrucciones:
- Sazonar el Pollo:
- Sazona las pechugas de pollo con sal y pimienta.
- Cocinar el Pollo:
- En una sartén grande, calienta el aceite de oliva a fuego medio-alto. Cocina las pechugas de pollo durante 5-6 minutos por cada lado hasta que estén doradas y bien cocidas. Retira del fuego y reserva.
- Preparar la Salsa:
- En la misma sartén, derrite la mantequilla. Añade la cebolla y el ajo, y cocina hasta que estén tiernos, aproximadamente 3-4 minutos.
- Añade los champiñones y cocina durante 5 minutos hasta que suelten su líquido y estén ligeramente dorados.
- Espolvorea la harina sobre los champiñones y cocina durante 1 minuto, removiendo constantemente.
- Hacer la Salsa:
- Vierte el caldo de pollo lentamente, removiendo para evitar grumos. Añade el tomillo.
- Deja que la salsa hierva suavemente y espese, aproximadamente 5 minutos.
- Reduce el fuego y añade la crema. Cocina durante 2-3 minutos más hasta que la salsa esté cremosa.
- Finalizar el Plato:
- Devuelve las pechugas de pollo a la sartén, cúbrelas con la salsa y deja que se cocinen a fuego lento durante 2-3 minutos.
- Ajusta la sazón si es necesario y espolvorea con perejil picado antes de servir.
