- 1 taza de hojas frescas de romero 🌿
- 1 taza de aceite de oliva virgen extra o aceite de coco 🥥
- 1 frasco de vidrio con tapa hermética

Preparación:
- Lava las hojas de romero: Enjuaga las hojas frescas de romero con agua fría para eliminar cualquier suciedad. Sécalas bien con una toalla limpia.
- Tritura ligeramente el romero: Usa tus manos o un mortero para aplastar ligeramente las hojas y liberar sus aceites esenciales.
- Mezcla con aceite: Coloca las hojas en el frasco de vidrio y vierte el aceite de oliva o de coco hasta cubrirlas completamente.
- Infusiona el aceite: Cierra bien el frasco y colócalo en un lugar cálido (como cerca de una ventana soleada) durante 2 semanas. Agita el frasco cada 2 días para mezclar los ingredientes.
- Cuela el aceite: Pasado el tiempo, cuela el aceite con un colador fino o una tela de queso para separar las hojas. Guarda el aceite en un frasco limpio y seco.
Uso:
- Aplica unas gotas de aceite de romero en las zonas doloridas y masajea suavemente con movimientos circulares.
- Úsalo una o dos veces al día para obtener mejores resultados.
