Torta di Mele al Forno con Cannella

Sana, leggera e senza zucchero, olio, latte o yogurt! Perfetta per una coccola quotidiana senza sensi di colpa.

Ingredienti

  • 2 mele medie, pelate e tagliate a cubetti
  • 2 uova
  • Un pizzico di sale
  • Cannella a piacere

Preparazione

  1. Preriscalda il forno: Imposta il forno a 175 °C (350 °F) e lascia che si riscaldi mentre prepari il dolce.
  2. Prepara il composto: In una ciotola, sbatti le uova con un pizzico di sale fino a ottenere una miscela omogenea.
  3. Sistema le mele: Distribuisci le mele tagliate a cubetti in una teglia o pirofila adatta alla cottura in forno.
  4. Aggiungi il composto di uova: Versa la miscela di uova uniformemente sopra le mele.
  5. Cuoci: Metti la teglia in forno e cuoci per 20-25 minuti, finché le mele diventano tenere e il composto di uova si solidifica.
  6. Servi: Cospargi con abbondante cannella e gusta il dolce caldo o freddo, secondo il tuo gusto.
