BARRITAS DE PROTEÍNA CASERAS 🌿💪

Deliciosas, saludables y fáciles de preparar, estas barritas son perfectas para un snack energético, un desayuno rápido o después del entrenamiento. ¡Llenas de nutrientes y sabor!


INGREDIENTES:

  • 🌾 1 taza de hojuelas de avena
  • 🌰 50 g de almendras (pueden ser picadas)
  • 🌰 50 g de nueces (picadas)
  • 🌾 1 taza de amaranto (puede ser inflado o cocido previamente)
  • 🍯 5 cucharadas de miel pura
  • 🌸 2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla
  • 🥚 1 clara de huevo
  • 🎃 2 cucharadas de semillas de calabaza (peladas)
  • 🌻 1/2 taza de ajonjolí (semillas de sésamo)
  • 🍇 50 g de pasas o arándanos secos
  • 🥥 30 g de coco rayado

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Prepara los ingredientes:

  1. Pica las almendras y nueces en trozos pequeños si no están ya listas.
  2. Si usas amaranto crudo, asegúrate de cocinarlo o inflarlo antes de usarlo. Si ya está listo, salta este paso.

2. Mezcla los ingredientes:

  1. En un tazón grande, mezcla las hojuelas de avena, almendras, nueces, amaranto, semillas de calabaza, ajonjolí, pasas (o arándanos) y coco rayado.
  2. Añade la miel, el extracto de vainilla y la clara de huevo. Mezcla bien hasta que todos los ingredientes estén completamente integrados y pegajosos.

3. Forma las barritas:

  1. Forra una charola o molde rectangular con papel encerado o papel para hornear.
  2. Vierte la mezcla en la charola y presiona firmemente con una espátula o las manos para compactarla. Asegúrate de que quede uniforme y nivelada.

4. Hornea:

  1. Precalienta el horno a 180°C (350°F).
  2. Hornea durante 15 minutos, o hasta que los bordes comiencen a dorarse ligeramente.

5. Enfría y corta:

  1. Retira del horno y deja enfriar completamente sobre una rejilla.
  2. Una vez frío, corta en rectángulos o barras del tamaño deseado.
