Instrucciones:
- Activar la Levadura:
- En un tazĂłn pequeño, disuelve la cucharada de levadura en 1 taza de agua tibia (no caliente) con una pizca de azĂșcar. Deja reposar durante unos 10 minutos hasta que la mezcla estĂ© espumosa.
- Preparar la Masa:
- En un tazĂłn grande, mezcla la harina, la sal y el azĂșcar.
- Añade la mezcla de levadura activada y mezcla bien hasta formar una masa.
- Amasar:
- Amasa la masa sobre una superficie enharinada durante unos 5-10 minutos hasta que esté suave y elåstica.
- Coloca la masa en un tazĂłn ligeramente engrasado, cĂșbrela con un paño hĂșmedo y deja reposar en un lugar cĂĄlido durante 1-2 horas o hasta que haya duplicado su tamaño.
- Formar la Pizza:
- Una vez que la masa haya subido, presiona la masa para quitarle el aire.
- Divide la masa en porciones si vas a hacer mĂĄs de una pizza.
- Extiende la masa con un rodillo sobre una superficie enharinada hasta obtener el grosor deseado.
- Precalentar el Horno:
- Precalienta el horno a 220°C (425°F).
- Coloca la masa en una bandeja para pizza o piedra para hornear.
- Añadir Coberturas y Hornear:
- Añade tus ingredientes favoritos sobre la masa.
- Hornea durante 12-15 minutos o hasta que la corteza esté dorada y crujiente.
