- 1 rábano daikon, pelado y en rodajas

- 6 tazas de caldo de res
- 1 cucharadita de sal
- 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
- 1/4 taza de cilantro, picado

Instrucciones:
- Sofreír la Cebolla y el Ajo:
- En una olla grande, sofríe la cebolla y el ajo a fuego medio hasta que estén fragantes y translúcidos.
- Añadir el Caldo de Res:
- Vierte el caldo de res en la olla y lleva a ebullición.
- Añadir las Verduras:
- Añade las zanahorias y el rábano daikon. Reduce el fuego y cocina a fuego lento durante 15 minutos, o hasta que las verduras estén tiernas.
- Cocinar la Carne:
- Añade las rodajas finas de res y cocina hasta que estén justo cocidas, aproximadamente 2-3 minutos.
- Condimentar y Servir:
- Sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto.
- Decora con cilantro picado y sirve caliente.
