1️⃣ Cocinar la Quinoa:

  1. Enjuaga bien la quinoa bajo agua fría.
  2. En una cacerola, agrega la quinoa y 250ml de agua. Lleva a ebullición, luego reduce el fuego y cocina a fuego lento durante unos 15 minutos, o hasta que la quinoa esté cocida y el agua se haya absorbido.

2️⃣ Preparar la Masa de los Crepes:

  1. En una licuadora o procesador de alimentos, combina la quinoa cocida, la harina de avena, el aceite de oliva y una pizca de sal.
  2. Si es necesario, agrega un poco de agua para obtener una masa suave, similar a la de los pancakes.

3️⃣ Cocinar los Crepes:

  1. Calienta una sartén antiadherente o sartén a fuego medio y engrásala ligeramente con aceite de oliva.
  2. Vierte una pequeña cantidad de la masa en la sartén, moviéndola para cubrirla de manera uniforme.
  3. Cocina durante 2-3 minutos por un lado hasta que esté dorado, luego voltea y cocina el otro lado por otros 2 minutos.
