  • 🥕 1 zanahoria mediana
  • 🌰 30 g de nueces picadas (4 cucharadas)

INSTRUCCIONES:

1. Preparación de la masa:

En un tazón grande, mezcla los copos de avena, la pizca de sal, la harina de coco (o harina de avena), la levadura en polvo y la canela. Asegúrate de que todos los ingredientes secos estén bien combinados.

2. Incorporar ingredientes líquidos:

Añade los huevos y el edulcorante a la mezcla seca, y remueve bien hasta integrar. Luego, incorpora la mantequilla derretida (o aceite de coco) y mezcla nuevamente hasta obtener una masa homogénea.

3. Agregar la fruta y las nueces:

Ralla la manzana y la zanahoria directamente sobre el tazón con la masa. Añade las nueces picadas y mezcla todo hasta que esté bien integrado. La masa quedará húmeda pero manejable.

4. Cocción:

Vierte la mezcla en un molde de 18×13 cm (7×5 pulgadas) previamente engrasado o forrado con papel pergamino. Decora la superficie con nueces picadas adicionales si lo deseas.

5. Horneado:
