🍲 SOPA DE PESCADO 🐟

Una sopa reconfortante, llena de sabor y nutrientes, perfecta para una comida ligera pero satisfactoria. Con ingredientes frescos y un toque mediterráneo, esta receta es ideal para cualquier día de la semana.è


INGREDIENTES:

  • 🐟 450 g (1 lb) de filetes de pescado blanco (bacalao, tilapia o abadejo), cortados en trozos
  • 🫒 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 🧅 1 cebolla pequeña, finamente picada
  • 🧄 2 dientes de ajo, picados
  • 🥕 1 zanahoria mediana, en cubitos
  • 🌿 1 tallo de apio, en cubitos
  • 🍅 1 tomate mediano, troceado
  • 🍵 4 tazas de caldo de pescado o verduras
  • 🌶️ ½ cucharadita de pimentón
  • 🌱 ½ cucharadita de tomillo seco
  • 🧂 ½ cucharadita de sal (ajustar al gusto)
  • 🤖 ¼ de cucharadita de pimienta negra
  • 🍃 1 hoja de laurel
  • 🥥 ½ taza de leche de coco (opcional, para una textura más cremosa)
  • 🥔 ½ taza de papas en cubitos (opcional, para una versión más sustanciosa)
  • 🌿 2 cucharadas de perejil o cilantro fresco, picado
  • 🍋 1 cucharada de jugo de limón (para servir)

PREPARACIÓN:

1️⃣ Saltear los vegetales:

Calienta el aceite de oliva en una olla grande a fuego medio. Sofríe la cebolla, el ajo, la zanahoria y el apio durante 3-4 minutos, hasta que estén tiernos y fragantes.

2️⃣ Añadir sabor:

Incorpora el tomate picado, el pimentón, el tomillo, la sal, la pimienta negra y la hoja de laurel. Cocina por 2 minutos, hasta que el tomate se suavice y libere sus jugos.

3️⃣ Hervir el caldo:

Vierte el caldo de pescado o verduras en la olla. Si decides agregar papas, incorpóralas en este momento. Lleva la mezcla a hervor, reduce el fuego y deja cocinar a fuego lento durante 10-15 minutos, hasta que las papas estén tiernas.

4️⃣ Agregar el pescado:

Añade los trozos de pescado y cocina por 5-7 minutos, hasta que estén opacos y se desmenucen fácilmente con un tenedor. Si optas por usar leche de coco, agrégala en los últimos 2 minutos de cocción para darle un toque cremoso.

5️⃣ Dar el toque final:

Retira del fuego y mezcla con el perejil o cilantro picado. Exprime el jugo de limón para un sabor fresco y vibrante. Retira la hoja de laurel antes de servir.

6️⃣ Servir y disfrutar:
