Pastel de Leche Condensada 🥛🍰

INGREDIENTES:

  • 🥛 1 lata de leche condensada (395 g)
  • 🥚 3 huevos
  • 🍞 1 taza de harina de trigo
  • 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
  • 🧈 ½ taza de mantequilla derretida
  • 🥛 ½ taza de leche

PREPARACIÓN:

1. Precalentar el horno:

Ajusta la temperatura del horno a 180°C (350°F). Engrasa un molde para pastel o cúbrelo con papel pergamino para evitar que se pegue.

2. Mezclar los ingredientes:

  1. En un bol grande, coloca la leche condensada. Agrega los huevos uno por uno, batiendo bien después de cada adición para integrar completamente.
  2. Incorpora la mantequilla derretida y la leche, mezclando suavemente hasta que todos los ingredientes estén combinados.
  3. Tamiza la harina junto con el polvo de hornear y añádelos poco a poco a la mezcla. Bate hasta obtener una masa homogénea y sin grumos. Asegúrate de no sobrebatir para mantener la textura esponjosa.

3. Hornear:

Vierte la mezcla en el molde preparado y alisa la superficie con una espátula. Hornea durante 35-40 minutos, o hasta que el pastel esté dorado y firme. Para verificar si está listo, inserta un palillo en el centro; si sale limpio, el pastel está cocido.

4. Enfriar y servir:

Retira el pastel del horno y deja enfriar en el molde durante 10 minutos antes de desmoldarlo. Transfiere a una rejilla para que se enfríe completamente antes de cortar y servir.
