Receta de Té Masala: ¡Dale un Toque Especial a tu Té! ☕️✨

Ingredientes para la mezcla de especias (Masala):

  • 10 vainas de cardamomo verde
  • 4-5 ramas de canela en trozos pequeños
  • 2 cucharadas de clavos enteros
  • 2 cucharadas de granos de pimienta negra
  • 2 cucharadas de semillas de hinojo
  • 1-2 estrellas de anís (opcional)
  • 1 cucharadita de jengibre seco en polvo (o 1 trozo fresco rallado al momento de preparar el té)

Preparación del Masala:

  1. Tostar y moler: Tuesta ligeramente las especias (excepto el jengibre) en una sartén seca a fuego bajo para potenciar su aroma. Luego, muele en un mortero o procesador (puedes dejarlas enteras si prefieres).
  2. Almacenar: Guarda la mezcla en un frasco hermético como el de la imagen, para usarla cuando desees.

Preparación del Té Masala:

Ingredientes para 2 tazas:

  • 1 taza de agua
  • 1 taza de leche (puedes usar vegetal si lo prefieres)
  • 1 cucharadita de té negro en hojas o una bolsita de té negro
  • 1-2 cucharaditas de mezcla de especias (ajusta según tu gusto)
  • Azúcar o miel al gusto

Instrucciones:

  1. Hierve el agua con las especias Masala durante 3-5 minutos para extraer los aromas.
  2. Añade el té negro y hierve 1 minuto más.
  3. Vierte la leche y calienta sin dejar que hierva.
  4. Cuela el té en tazas y endulza al gusto.
