Desayuno Saludable de Calabacitas con Avena 🥒✨

Comienza tu día con esta receta saludable y deliciosa. Es sencilla de preparar, nutritiva y una forma perfecta de incorporar vegetales en tu desayuno. ¡Ideal para toda la familia!


Ingredientes:

  • 1 calabacita mediana (rallada)
  • 1 cucharadita de sal
  • 30 g de avena (aproximadamente 1/4 de taza)
  • 100 g de queso rallado (como mozzarella, cheddar o una mezcla)
  • 1 huevo grande
  • Pimienta negra al gusto
  • 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo (opcional, para más sabor)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de orégano seco o hierbas mixtas (opcional)
  • Aceite de oliva (para cocinar)

Instrucciones:

  1. Prepara la Calabacita:
    • Lava bien la calabacita y rállala con un rallador de caja o un procesador de alimentos.
    • Coloca la calabacita rallada en un recipiente y espolvoréala con sal. Déjala reposar durante 10 minutos para que suelte el exceso de agua.
    • Después, exprime bien la calabacita con las manos o con un paño limpio de cocina para retirar toda la humedad posible. Este paso es importante para evitar que la mezcla quede demasiado líquida.
  2. Mezcla los Ingredientes:
    • En un tazón grande, combina la calabacita exprimida, la avena, el queso rallado y el huevo.
    • Agrega pimienta negra al gusto y, si lo deseas, ajo en polvo y orégano para un sabor extra.
    • Mezcla todo muy bien hasta obtener una masa espesa y pegajosa.
  3. Forma las Tortitas:
    • Toma pequeñas porciones de la mezcla (aproximadamente 2 cucharadas) y dales forma de tortitas planas con tus manos.
    • Coloca las tortitas en un plato y déjalas reposar por 5 minutos para que la avena absorba un poco de humedad y las tortitas se mantengan firmes al cocinar.
  4. Cocina las Tortitas:
    • Calienta una sartén antiadherente a fuego medio y añade un chorrito de aceite de oliva.
    • Cuando el aceite esté caliente, coloca las tortitas en la sartén dejando espacio entre ellas para voltearlas fácilmente.
    • Cocina las tortitas durante 2-3 minutos por cada lado o hasta que estén doradas y crujientes. Cocina en tandas si es necesario.
    • Transfiere las tortitas a un plato con papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite.
  5. Sirve y Disfruta:
    • Sirve las tortitas calientes, acompañadas de yogur natural, crema ácida o tu salsa favorita.
    • Puedes añadir una ensalada de hojas verdes, rodajas de aguacate o jitomates cherry como guarnición para un desayuno completo.
