Ponche de Frutas 🍏🍎💋

Ingredientes (para 12 personas):

  • ¼ kg de tejocotes, pelados
  • 5 litros de agua
  • 10 piezas de tamarindo
  • ¼ kg de guayabas, rebanadas
  • 3 manzanas, rebanadas
  • ½ kg de cañas, peladas y partidas en cuatro a lo largo
  • ¼ kg de ciruela pasa
  • Un puñito (4 florecitas) de jamaica
  • 1 ramita de canela
  • 2 piloncillos

Preparación:

  1. Hervir el Agua con Especias:
    • Pon el agua en una olla grande y agrega la canela y los piloncillos. Calienta a fuego medio-alto hasta que comience a hervir.
  2. Añadir las Frutas y Otros Ingredientes:
    • Una vez que el agua hierva, agrega las cañas, las manzanas, el tamarindo y los tejocotes. Deja hervir por unos minutos para que las frutas comiencen a liberar sus sabores.
  3. Incorporar las Guayabas y la Jamaica:
    • Agrega las guayabas, la jamaica y la ciruela pasa a la olla. Revuelve bien para combinar todos los ingredientes.
  4. Cocinar a Fuego Lento:
    • Deja que la mezcla hierva a fuego lento durante aproximadamente 30 minutos, o hasta que las frutas estén tiernas y el ponche haya absorbido todos los sabores.
  5. Servir:
    • Una vez listo, sirve el ponche caliente en tazas resistentes al calor, asegurándote de incluir algunas piezas de fruta en cada porción.
