Pescado Entero Asado al Estilo Mediterráneo 🐟🌿

Ingredientes:

Para el Pescado:

  • 1 pescado entero (como lubina, pargo o trucha), limpio y desescamado
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 1 limón, en rodajas
  • 2 dientes de ajo, picados
  • 1 cucharadita de pimentón
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano seco
  • 1/2 cucharadita de hojuelas de chile (opcional)
  • Sal y pimienta negra recién molida, al gusto
  • Perejil fresco, picado (para decorar)

Para las Verduras:

  • 1 taza de tomates cherry
  • 1 cebolla roja pequeña, en rodajas
  • Rodajas de limón para asar

Salsa Opcional:

  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 1 cucharada de jugo de limón
  • 1 cucharadita de mostaza Dijon
  • 1/2 cucharadita de miel o jarabe de arce
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Instrucciones:

  1. Preparar el Pescado:
    • Precalienta tu horno a 400°F (200°C).
    • Seca el pescado con toallas de papel. Haz 3-4 cortes superficiales a cada lado del pescado para permitir que el condimento penetre.
    • Frota el pescado con aceite de oliva, ajo picado, pimentón, orégano, hojuelas de chile (si usas), sal y pimienta, asegurándote de sazonar la cavidad y los cortes también.
  2. Añadir las Verduras:
    • Coloca el pescado en una hoja de papel de aluminio o papel pergamino sobre una bandeja para hornear.
    • Rodea el pescado con los tomates cherry, las rodajas de cebolla roja y las rodajas de limón.
    • Rocía aceite de oliva sobre las verduras y espolvorea con una pizca de sal.
  3. Asar el Pescado:
    • Envuelve el papel de aluminio alrededor del pescado de manera suelta, sellándolo para atrapar el vapor. Asa en el horno durante 20-25 minutos, dependiendo del tamaño del pescado.
    • Después de asar, abre el papel de aluminio y asa al horno durante 3-5 minutos para lograr una piel dorada y crujiente.
  4. Preparar la Salsa (Opcional):
    • Bate juntos el aceite de oliva, el jugo de limón, la mostaza Dijon, la miel, la sal y la pimienta para rociar sobre el pescado antes de servir.
  5. Servir:
    • Decora con perejil fresco y sirve con las verduras asadas y rodajas de limón.
