Bolas de Avena y Dátiles

Ingredientes:

  • 150g (5 oz) de dátiles
  • 80g (2.8 oz) de avena en hojuelas
  • 90g (3 oz) de nueces
  • 1 cucharadita de canela
  • 1 pizca de sal (opcional)
  • Ralladura de 1 naranja
  • 100g (3.5 oz) de chocolate sin azúcar
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva

Instrucciones:

  1. Preparar los Ingredientes:
    • Pica finamente los dátiles y las nueces.
    • Ralla la cáscara de una naranja.
  2. Mezclar los Ingredientes Secos:
    • En un tazón grande, mezcla los dátiles picados, la avena en hojuelas, las nueces, la canela, la sal (si la usas) y la ralladura de naranja. Asegúrate de que todo esté bien combinado.
  3. Derretir el Chocolate:
    • En una cacerola pequeña, derrite el chocolate sin azúcar a fuego lento junto con el aceite de oliva, removiendo constantemente hasta que esté suave y homogéneo.
  4. Formar las Bolas:
    • Añade la mezcla de chocolate derretido al tazón con los ingredientes secos y mezcla bien hasta que todo esté bien incorporado.
    • Con las manos ligeramente húmedas, forma pequeñas bolas de la mezcla y colócalas en una bandeja forrada con papel pergamino.
  5. Enfriar y Servir:
    • Coloca la bandeja con las bolas de avena y dátiles en el refrigerador durante al menos 30 minutos para que se endurezcan.
