- 🥑 2 aguacates maduros, en cubos
- 🥚 4 huevos grandes, cocidos y cortados en cuartos
- 🍋 1 limón, exprimido y rallado
- 🥒 1 pepino, en cubos
- 🍅 1 taza de tomates cherry, partidos a la mitad
- 🥫 1 lata (15 oz) de garbanzos, escurridos y enjuagados
- 🧅 1/4 de cebolla roja, finamente picada
- 🌿 1/4 taza de perejil fresco o cilantro, picado
- 🫒 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- 🧂 Sal y pimienta al gusto
- 🌶️ Una pizca de hojuelas de pimiento rojo (opcional)

Instrucciones 🍳:
Preparar los ingredientes:
- Cuece los huevos, luego enfríalos en agua con hielo antes de pelarlos y cortarlos en cuartos.
- Corta en cubos el aguacate, el pepino y la cebolla roja.
- Parte los tomates cherry por la mitad.
- Escurre y enjuaga los garbanzos.
Hacer el aderezo:
- En un tazón pequeño, bate el jugo de limón, la ralladura de limón, el aceite de oliva, la sal, la pimienta y las hojuelas de pimiento rojo (si las usas) hasta que estén bien combinados.

- En un tazón grande, combina el aguacate en cubos, los huevos en cuartos, los garbanzos, el pepino en cubos, los tomates cherry y la cebolla roja picada.
- Vierte el aderezo de limón y hierbas sobre la ensalada.
Mezclar la ensalada:
