Ingredientes:
- 1/2 kilogramo de tejocotes
- 1/2 kilogramo de guayabas
- 1/4 kilogramo de ciruela pasa
- 5 manzanas amarillas
- 4 cañas de azúcar
- 1/4 kilogramo de tamarindo pelado
- 3 ramas de canela
- 3/4 kilogramo de azúcar
- 100 gramos de piloncillo
- 50 gramos de flor de Jamaica

Instrucciones:
- Lavar la Fruta:
- Lava todas las frutas para el ponche. Parte los tejocotes por la mitad, las guayabas y las manzanas en cuatro. Recuerda quitar el corazón de las manzanas.
- Hervir el Agua con Azúcar:
- En una cacerola grande, calienta 5 litros de agua con el azúcar, la canela y la flor de Jamaica.
- Al primer hervor, añade los tejocotes y las cañas de azúcar previamente peladas y cortadas en trozos de aproximadamente 15 cm.
- Añadir el Resto de las Frutas:
- Cinco minutos después, añade las manzanas. Finalmente, agrega las guayabas, la ciruela pasa, el tamarindo y la flor de Jamaica.
- Recuerda mantener el fuego a medio y dejar que el agua se consuma un poco, sin que la guayaba y las manzanas se deshagan.
- Cocinar y Servir:
- Deja que el ponche se cocine a fuego medio durante unos 30-45 minutos, hasta que todos los sabores estén bien integrados y la fruta esté suave.
- Sirve caliente y disfruta de este delicioso y reconfortante ponche de frutas.
