- Caldo de Res con Chayotes, Zanahoria y Ejotes
Ingredientes:
500 g de carne de res para cocer
2 chayotes cortados en cubos
2 zanahorias en rodajas
1 taza de ejotes limpios y partidos
1 cebolla
2 dientes de ajo
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparaci贸n:
- Hierve la carne con la cebolla, ajo y sal en una olla grande hasta que est茅 suave.
- Retira la espuma de la superficie y a帽ade los chayotes, zanahorias y ejotes.
- Cocina a fuego medio hasta que las verduras est茅n tiernas.
- Ajusta la sal y sirve caliente.

- Caldo de Res con Chile Serrano y Verduras 馃尪
Ingredientes:
500 g de carne de res para cocer
1 chile serrano
2 elotes partidos
2 papas en trozos
2 zanahorias en rodajas
1 ramita de cilantro
Sal al gusto
Preparaci贸n:
- Cocina la carne en agua con sal hasta que est茅 suave.
- A帽ade el elote, las papas y las zanahorias, y cocina por 10 minutos.
- Agrega el chile serrano entero y el cilantro, cocina por otros 10 minutos.
- Sirve caliente con jugo de lim贸n si lo prefieres.
- Estofado con Verduras
Ingredientes:
500 g de carne (res o cerdo)
1 taza de zanahorias en rodajas
1 taza de ch铆charos
2 elotes partidos
2 papas en trozos
1 cebolla
2 dientes de ajo
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparaci贸n:
- Sofr铆e la carne con la cebolla y el ajo hasta que dore.
- Agrega agua caliente y deja cocer hasta que la carne est茅 tierna.
- Incorpora las verduras y cocina a fuego medio hasta que est茅n suaves.
- Rectifica la saz贸n y sirve con un poco de arroz blanco.
- Caldo de Pollo con Br贸coli, Zanahoria y Papas 馃ウ
Ingredientes:
1 pechuga de pollo
1 taza de br贸coli en floretes
2 zanahorias en rodajas
2 papas en trozos
1 cebolla
1 diente de ajo
Sal al gusto
Preparaci贸n:
- Cocina el pollo con la cebolla, ajo y sal hasta que est茅 cocido.
- Retira el pollo y desmen煤zalo.
- En la misma olla, agrega el br贸coli, zanahorias y papas. Cocina hasta que est茅n tiernas.
- Regresa el pollo desmenuzado y sirve caliente.
- Caldo de Acelgas con Camarones 馃崵
Ingredientes:
1 taza de camarones limpios
2 manojos de acelgas picadas
2 papas en trozos
2 dientes de ajo
1 litro de caldo de pescado o agua
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparaci贸n:
- Hierve las papas con el ajo hasta que est茅n casi cocidas.
- Agrega las acelgas y cocina por 5 minutos.
- A帽ade los camarones y deja hervir hasta que cambien de color.
