- 1 remolacha 🌱
- ¼ de limón 🍋

Instrucciones:
- Preparar los Ingredientes: Comienza lavando bien todas las verduras y frutas. Pela las zanahorias y la remolacha para eliminar la piel. Corta las zanahorias, el pepino y la remolacha en trozos más pequeños que quepan en tu extractor de jugos o licuadora. Para el apio, simplemente corta los extremos y divídelo en trozos más pequeños. Pela el jengibre y córtalo en trozos pequeños. Por último, corta el limón por la mitad y quita las semillas, pero puedes dejar la cáscara para darle un toque extra de sabor.
- Proceso de Exprimir: Si estás usando un extractor de jugos, empieza colocando las zanahorias, el apio, el pepino, la remolacha, el jengibre y el limón en el extractor, uno a la vez.
